The use of cookies on the Site is done, where applicable, in strict compliance with the provisions of the Site’s Privacy Policy.

The purpose of this policy is to provide the User with the information on the cookies that may be deposited on his terminal when he visits the Site, either by MedPAN and SPA/RAC or by third parties, as well as the means allowing him to delete or refuse the deposit of cookies on his terminal.

The User can manage his cookies according to the indications provided in Article 5 “SET COOKIES”.

A cookie (and any other tracer such as a tag, beacon or pixel) is a small file which does not allow the User to be identified, but nevertheless records information relating to the navigation of a terminal on a website. Like other tracking technologies, the purpose of cookies is to collect information relating to navigation on the sites and to provide personalised services to users.

A terminal is any computer, smartphone, tablet or video game console connected to the Internet.

In short, cookies and other tracers allow MedPAN or SPA/RAC, during the period of validity or recording of the cookie, to identify the terminal during the next visits of the User.

The data thus obtained are intended to

  • Allow access and navigation on the Site;
  • Authenticate and identify Users on the Site in order to allow them to access their “My space” or to remain connected;
  • To establish audience and traffic measurements for the Site in order to evaluate its performance and visit statistics;
  • To ensure and evaluate the security of the Site by detecting incidents, intrusion attempts or other malfunctions;
  • To meet the legal obligations imposed on MedPAN and SPA/RAC.

Browsing on the Site leads to the deposit of cookies that are necessary for the functioning of the Site and cookies that are not necessary for the functioning of the Site.
